December and January are such dangerous months for my bank account. December is an expensive month with all the Christmas shopping. January is for all the stores to have their sales. Over the last few weeks I have picked up a few bits and bops and decided that I wanted to share a few of them in today’s post.

I am starting an internship at the end of this month, so I have been searching the Internet looking for appropriate clothes to wear. I got myself a few things at Zara, Weekday and H&M to build my ‘office-life’ wardrobe.

The first two things I got are from Weekday and they are these jumpers in khaki and black. I basically got these jumpers back in December when I had a minor freak-out about not having any appropriate winter jumpers (when I had at least five still lying around somewhere). So I basically popped into Weekday and bought these two jumpers on a wimp. But I ended up loving them so much that I have pretty much worn them all throughout December and January.

Navy blouse (sold out already) // Striped blouse

The next two things are some things that I got myself in the Zara sale. Like I said, I had a little bit of a freak-out about having to work in an office. So I found myself wandering through the ZARA sales on Boxing Day and ended up getting two blouses. This first one is a gorgeous, kind of silky, navy blouse with a little bell sleeve. I loved the fit of this top on the model so I quickly put it in my basket, and this striped blouse followed about two minutes afterwards. I felt like I needed another striped blouse, because I felt like I hadn’t had enough already (I have at least 4 hanging in my wardrobe already). But I needed a new striped shirt and this will look so lovely on with a pair of smart trousers and some cute derby shoes or a pair of loafers.

The last two items are from H&M and & Other Stories. I went to Amsterdam with a friend of mine the other day, and we did a little bit of shopping. We ended up going to & Other Stories and I stumbled upon this striped tee, that I just had to get myself. It felt like the perfect striped tee and felt like it was such good quality! I can’t wait to wear this soon!

The other item I got is this AC/DC band tee at H&M. I ordered this online because I got major style inspiration from just seeing this tee. The first ‘outfit’ that popped into mind was this outfit post that I posted yesterday. I am so excited to also wear this tee with a pair of cool, ripped mom jeans or something like that when it’s a bit warmer out!
