5 THINGS TO DO IN LISBON

It’s been nearly over half a year now since I went to Lisbon and when I look back at my photos from there or even my Lisbon travel guide, I get this feeling that I want to go back again. Lisbon was such a beautiful city with so many amazing things you can do while you are here. In my post for toda…

FIVE THINGS TO DO IN MARBELLA

Last night I started looking through some old holiday photos to get myself pumped for my summer holiday. I have been going to Marbella ever since I was a little kid and absolutely love spending a holiday there. Lots of people always ask me for tips and things to do in Marbella, as I have been goin…

A GUIDE TO A CITY BREAK IN LISBON

Back at the end of March I spent a weekend in Lisbon with my cousins and had such a glorious time. I was already planning on doing a little city guide on Lisbon, but a couple of you lovelies also asked me to do it, which confirmed it to me: I needed to post my Lisbon city guide as soon as possible…

36 HOURS IN MILAN

First of all I would like to apologize for the absence on here. Last week was my first real week back to reality after my summer holiday and it hit me harder than expected and to top it off, I also went to Milan for the weekend. This basically left me with no time and energy to blog, so I decided to take a little break. But I’m back now and I thought I would start off with a blog post about my trip to Milan.

My cousin and I booked a very impromptu little city break trip to Milan two weeks ago. We were both very excited to explore a new city, as we both had never been to Milan before. We knew it was going to be warm there, so we came prepared and brought SPF with us. We left on Friday morning for Milan and we arrived in the city center at around 1 o’clock.

36 HOURS IN BRUSSELS

The last time I was in Brussels I was just about 11. I went with my aunt and my cousins on a little girl trip but can't remember much else about the trip. Going back to Brussels to experience it as a grown up has been something I had been dying to do. So when my friend treated me to a little birthday trip to Brussels, I was jumping at the opportunity to shoot lots of new blog content there. Brussels was such a gorgeous city that I had to share on the blog. This only proves that as a Dutchie you don't have to travel that far to discover a brand new, beautiful city. We travelled there by train and it only took us three hours!

In today's post I'll talk you through all the things my friend and I did while we were there, as well as sharing some of my favourite little coffee, brunch and lunch spots with you.

THE CITY GUIDE | EDINBURGH

Edinburgh honestly has been one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited. All its little cobblestone streets and closes make you feel like you're walking around in a whole other world. I already have seen so many beautiful spots and discovered so many amazing lunch spots while I was in Edinburgh, but I still feel like I haven't seen it all. I am currently recommending Edinburgh to literally everyone I talk to and I am dying to go back soon. All of my recommendations will be written down below, so if you're ever close by, or if you're planning a trip to Edinburgh, then just keep reading!

DIARY | LONDON PHOTO DIARY PART 2

Here's my second part of my London photo diary. It ended up being less than I thought, so here is a little day trip my friends and I went on. We first went to Camden town to look around a bit and eat some food. Later that day we went to Shoreditch, took some pics and ended up going back to the hotel to chill a bit.

DIARY | MARBELLA PHOTO DIARY

The Marbella series seems endlessly long, and I can't help but drool when I go through these photos. I had such an amazing time and I really miss this particular holiday! We had the most amazing sunset on one of the days while we were there and I had to photograph it. It looked so dark and dub…

DIARY | LONDON PHOTO DIARY PART 2

Here's part two of my London photo diary. I've been back from London for over a week now, and I'm pretending I'm not back in Holland by going through all of these London photos. Sadly enough, it's really time to say goodbye to London, for now... London, you picturesque and beau…
