Besides the fact that 'One Day at a Time' is one of my favourite songs on Sam Smith's Deluxe album right now, it's also an accurate representation of how I am taking things in life at the moment. It doesn't matter if you have a job at the office, work in retail or are still a student in uni like I am. We all know December is such a busy month. I have this feeling that I am constantly running from uni, to the library, to then jumping back into bed to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Then to start this stressing and running around routine again the very next day.
So to say that I am currently feeling a bit overwhelmed by all of the things that I need to get done, is a big understatement. As of the first of December I am taking things one day at a time, with uni being my first priority. This basically means that I am focussing on my finishing an essay, a thesis' and another project at the moment. Over the next two weeks I can't give you a certain guarantee of me being able to post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays like I normally try to do. I am never sure wether or not have time to shoot an outfit or write a blog post. So when I do, that is just a complete bonus right now.
So here is another one of my 'basic, but very comfortable' outfits for when I am stressed out about uni deadlines. I am so looking forward to next week, when there's just one big deadline left to work on and I can finally focus on getting sleep sleep, lots of chocolate, vacuuming my room because this jacket that I wear all of the time sheds like a monster and just lots of Christmas(!) festivities.
What I'm wearing:
ZARA aviator jacket
H&M sweater
ASOS jeans
Vans Old Skool trainers
I love a basic but comfortable outfit, and this one looks so cosy! Good luck with your essay xx
