In my last post I already told you a little bit about someone very close to my family that we have recently lost. This weekend we had the funeral and it was such a beautiful service, that really helped me process everything. Now I really feel like I am starting to feel like I am slowly processing it all and starting to get back on tracks again. Yesterday, last Sunday, I slowly started to get back into doing stuff too. I went to have some lunch, went outside and already felt my mood being lifted.

For this time being, I feel like I can get quite emotional from time to time. So I am trying to get back into the routines that I had going on previously, such as getting a good night sleep, getting some fresh air every day, but also trying to go back to the gym again. Ever since I started interning, I just had zero energy to go to the gym. I feel like going to the gym a little later today, and I really hope that that gives me some more energy throughout the day.
