It is such lovely weather, it's around 27 degrees Celsius, which rarely happens to the Netherlands! So I'm here working on the tan on my legs! I decided to wear a little hat today because the sun sometimes gives me headaches, so I was trying to prevent getting a headache. Luckily it looks cute with this outfit so there's not really a "problem" haha.

I am starting to eat healthy again, because I've been eating like crap lately (think Oreo cookies, crisps, chocolate, Ice cream, Cookies etc) and my pour skin is suffering. So I'm trying to get into healthy food again, but I like am a bit clueless as to what I must eat and buy. I literally was at the grocery store today and I think I wandered around the store like some brainless person. So if you have any healthy, summery recipes please leave a comment below!

  3. You should try banana and oatmeal cookies (Google for the how to!). The great thing about them is that you only need a banana & some oatmeal, they taste good and you can have them for breakfast or for a snack :) xx

    voor gezonde maaltijden in de zomer; fruitsalades ! die zijn perfect voor ontbijt en lunch :) crackers met kaas en komkommer is ook heel lekker :) ik weet niet zo veel recepten eigenlijk, haha ! x

  9. Dat broekje is echt awesome ☺ Qua gezonde dingen vind ik het altijd lekker om een bakje meloen van de appie te kopen en dan een plastic vorkje van thuis mee te nemen. Zo snack je gezond en het vult ook nog eens prima!

  10. you look awesome and healthy summer dishes are of course any types of salads. i love chicken ceasar salad with out the dressing because its not as healthy. i also love a really simple potato salad from southern germany. its basically the like light or fake cooking cream mixed with some yogurt, sald and pepper as a sauce, some potatos that are cooked with the peel on and cucumber. just get the peel of the potatos of, put them into the sauce when they are a little cooler and add cucumber...i just love it and its so light and super easy and cheap.

    ik snap helemaal dat je een beetje meer snoept, in de vakantie is het gewoon verleidelijker, wat ik altijd heerlijk vind is gewoon vers fruit, en huisgemaakte milkshake/smoothie versies daarvan, salades zijn ook altijd handig en zoute popcorn (zonder boter!) en noten zijn ook heel lekker en gezond.

  19. I love avocado for a snack or as part of my lunch: Halve an avocado, and in the hole left by the stone scoop in some maynonnaise. Then squeeze lemon juice all over and add lots of black pepper too. I love it! Good luck with your healthy eating x
